Meta's Restrictions: Any restriction, suspension, or disabling of your WhatsApp Business API account, whether temporary or permanent, due to violations of Meta’s policies, misuse, or any other reason, is solely the responsibility of Meta.

No Liability: My Leads Mantra shall not be held responsible or liable in any way for any restrictions, bans, or penalties imposed by Meta or any third party.

No Refunds: Under no circumstances will My Leads Mantra issue refunds if your business account is restricted, suspended, or disabled by Meta, regardless of the reason or timing of such restriction.

Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing My Leads Mantra. We provide digital communication and WhatsApp Business API-related services, including onboarding, automation, messaging solutions, panel access, and related integrations. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to the following Refund Policy.
1. Non-Refundable Services
All payments made to My Leads Mantra are generally non-refundable once any of the following has occurred:

Account setup or onboarding has been initiated

WhatsApp Business API application/submission has been processed

Panel access, credentials, or licenses have been shared
-
Messaging credits, hosting, integrations, or third-party services have been activated
-
Technical implementation or support work has started
-
Subscription period has commenced
Due to the digital and service-based nature of our business, refunds cannot be provided for partially used services, unused balances, or change of mind after activation.
2. Third-Party Platform Dependency
My Leads Mantra works with third-party platforms including but not limited to Meta (WhatsApp), Facebook, Cloud providers, telecom operators, and other external vendors.
We do not guarantee:

Approval of WhatsApp Business API accounts

Verification approval by Meta
-
Continuous availability of WhatsApp services

Prevention of bans, restrictions, quality rating drops, or policy enforcement actions by Meta
Any suspension, rejection, restriction, or ban imposed by Meta or any third-party platform shall not qualify for a refund, as these actions are beyond My Leads Mantra’s direct control.
3. Subscription & Renewal Payments
All subscription, renewal, hosting, platform, and maintenance charges are billed in advance and are non-refundable once paid.
Clients are responsible for cancelling services before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
4. Service Interruptions
Temporary downtime, delays, or technical interruptions caused by third-party providers, internet issues, platform maintenance, or force majeure events shall not be considered grounds for refunds.
5. Eligibility for Exceptional Refunds
Refund requests, if any, may only be considered under exceptional circumstances and solely at the discretion of My Leads Mantra management.
If approved:

Processing charges, setup fees, taxes, and third-party costs will be deducted

Refunds will only be processed to the original payment method

Processing time may take 15 - 45 business days
6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Initiating unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting My Leads Mantra first may result in:

Immediate suspension of services

Permanent termination of accounts

Legal recovery action for unpaid dues and damages
7. Policy Updates
My Leads Mantra reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the latest version of the policy.
