Position Overview
We are seeking proactive and professional Client Appointment Executives to join our team. In this role, you will connect with potential clients who have shown interest in our WhatsApp Business API services through our advertising campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule meetings and facilitate the onboarding process for interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with leads generated from digital campaigns and advertising channels.
- Engage with clients via phone calls, messages, or emails using good communication skills.
- Understand client requirements and explain the benefits of WhatsApp Business API solutions.
- Schedule appointments or meetings between clients and our sales team.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of interactions and scheduled meetings.
- Support the sales process by qualifying and nurturing leads.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or equivalent qualification.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and internet usage.
- Ability to communicate confidently and professionally.
- Proactive attitude with a customer-centric approach.
- Previous experience in client communication or telesales is a plus but not mandatory.
